Director of Music
Elizabeth-Anne joined the community of St George’s as their Director of Music in May 2015. Her background includes extensive study in organ performance both in Australia and Europe, and a great love of the instrument’s early repertoire. She has been involved in RSCM choirs since the age of 7 and, since settling in Melbourne in 2001, she has worked as organist for the Canterbury Fellowship (worshipping at Trinity College, UniMelb) and as Director of Music at St Paul’s Anglican Church, Canterbury. In addition to her work at St George’s, Elizabeth-Anne maintains an active professional interest in teaching, accompanying and organ performance. Elizabeth-Anne sees the possibility for St George’s choir to have growth in the wonderful parish tradition of a welcoming group across all ages that enriches the worship of its church through a wide and varied repertoire.
